1) Accounting Manager
Responsible & Duties:
Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end general ledger close.
Ensure the timely reporting of all monthly financial information to management and others.
Oversee AR/AP department.
Prepare quarterly sales return and audits.
Respond to inquiries from executives and managers regarding financial results, special report request.
Collaborate with other department manager to support overall department goals and objectives.
Skill & Experience:
5-10 years supervisory experience in financial reporting/general ledger area.
Must have strong Microsoft Excel and Word experience.
Education:
BA/BS in business with emphasis in accounting/finance
2) Accounting Staff
Qualifications:
BA/BS in business with emphasis in accounting/finance
1-2 years AR & AP experience
